2010 Camper Rental Rates:
35' Country Squire with full open porch with tin roof. Sits on site in front of brook and just before the waterfall for a gorgeous view and sounds of the falls. Sleeps 6. Private master bedroom, table and couch convert to bed. Huge living room with full length windows to the floor, with couch and comfy padded rocking chair.
32' Shasta, sleeps 6. Private master bedroom, full size bed, table and couch convert to bed. Cozy living room with couch and Canadian glider/rocker. Sits next to pond, across from store. Has full porch with tin roof.
All campers have full size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. They include all dishes and pots/pans and utensils. You need to bring food and all linens(bedding, pillows, sheets, blankets, dish towels, wash cloths, bath towels, etc.) Sites include picnic tables and fire pits.
Camper Rental Rates are for family of 4(2 adults/2 children) additional fee of $5 pp/pn. Weekly rates include 1 FREE night.
Country Squire-$80 night or $480 weekly. $85 night on holidays.
Shasta- $80 night or $480 weekly. $85 night on holidays.
All camper rentals require additional $50 cash security deposit, returned at check-out, if there is no damage or missing items. Non Refundable if there is damage or missing items. Terms are cash only at check in. If paying by check, must be paid 30 days in advance of reservation. Holiday reservations(3 night min stay) are required to be paid at time of reservation, in full, non refundable.

Camp Site Rates: 20 or 30 amp service & water
RV SITE $26.00/night, $156.00/week or $550.00/month.
Holiday Rate is $33/night.
TENT SITE $22.00 per night or $132.00/week.
2 wk maximum stay.
Holiday Rate is $27/night.
Rates for family of 4(2 adults/2 children).
Add $2.50 night for additional child, or
$5.00 night each additional adult.

All reservations must be PAID AT TIME
RESERVATION IS MADE. Holiday & Pig Roast
Weekend is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE no
matter how far in advance cancellation is requested. All other reservations can be
canceled 21 days prior at no charge.
If canceled within 20 days of stay $15
charge will apply. If canceled or no show on
day of stay, a 1 night charge will apply.
Pavilion Rental for your party:
$35/hr. Includes 20x40' pavilion, tables/chairs,
bbq grill and use of the swimming pool, volleyball
horseshoes. Up to 40 people. Arcade and boat
rentals available. You are responsible to set up,
clean up and pick up before and after the party.
